I approach them slowly,
in a meditative and intuitive way.

There is no pigment or paint in these works.
What appears on the surface is the result of cyanotype reactions,
light interacting with chemistry,
revealing tone, depth, and variation.

Each composition begins with a single rectangular form.
From there, shapes start to relate
one form giving rise to the next.

I respond intuitively,
allowing the composition to unfold
through balance, rhythm, and repetition.

The process becomes a meditation:
repetitive, attentive,
guided by presence and quiet observation.
