Blue Prints

These prints are shaped by sunlight
and carry a bright, calm energy.

I approach them slowly,
in a meditative and attentive way.

There is no pigment or paint in these works.
What appears on the surface is the result of cyanotype reactions,
light interacting with chemistry,
revealing tone, depth, and variation.

Each composition begins with a single form.
From there, shapes start to relate
one form giving rise to the next.

I respond intuitively,

The process becomes a meditation:
repetitive, attentive,
guided by presence and quiet observation.
