Lightfields dancing light
You know that mesmerizing moment when water reflects something
and if you stare long enough, you stop seeing what the subject it’s reflecting?
When shapes and colors start to move on their own, light and motion blur together, liberating objects from their own meaning and becoming pure sensation.. Like visual meditations.
Through mindful photography, I’ve learned to slow down, to observe and contemplate these quiet transformations
moments where light, color, and form become subjects of their own.
Slow-looking, attentiveness contemplation enable these often overlooked and fleeting quiet transformations/moments where light, color and form become subjetcs of their own/subjects in their own right.
Wondering, noticing, contemplating... states of mind
They remind me/us to experience the world a little less with my mind, and a little more through my senses.
to carry something to the outside world that you feel within yourself – a perception of what lives inside you.
